PRBL - Welcome

Welcome to the website for the Pennsbury Recreational Basketball League (PRBL) located within the Pennsbury School District in the town of Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania.

We are a recreational basketball league for the children residing in Pennsbury School District in grades K through 12, and a Travel Basketball program for youth ages 9 through 14.

Feel free to peruse our website and hopefully you will find out much about our league. Go to our REGISTRATION page and you will see up-to-date information about registration for the season. Our PROGRAMS are listed to inform you of the age groups or grade level for our divisions.

All of PRBL's OFFICERS are listed on our site as well. Feel free to contact them should you have any concerns or see our QUESTIONS area and send your comment or question there. Our CODE OF CONDUCT informs players and parents alike as to what is expected for conduct while attending a PRBL function. TRAVEL TEAMS are a big part of our program and all are welcome to tryout for the travel league. Our travel players prefer a highly competitive basketball game and they travel within the SOL (Suburban One League) within the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.

Our Kindergarteners and First grade players are in a program we call K&1. They meet for one hour a week normally on a Friday night or a Saturday and practice and play the game of basketball with Parent Coaches as volunteers. They use the smallest basketball and the lowest rims possible so as to allow them the opportunity to have fun while learning some of the basics of the game. No knowledge of basketball is necessary at this level. Second grade takes a step up and actually has games on a full court. Again, no experience is necessary, as our Parent Coaches will guide your child in the sport. 3rd through 12th grades all have one practice a week, one hour each week, on one day either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, and a game each Saturday.

If you have any questions after reviewing the site feel free to E-mail us at questions@prbl.org
